TERMS FOR USE OF THE ONLINE SERVICES:

By using our online speech therapy services, you accept to follow the following terms of services

1. You accept that the suggestions provided to you through our website or direct contact are just suggestions and are not any direct medical diagnosis or treatment and cannot be used during medical emergencies. The services provided are not for use in medical emergencies. You can contact us for further clarification.

2. Navil only supports you by giving the required information and expert advice for your concern but does not make any decisions for you. You will be the main deciding authority.

3. The services provided are solely based on the information provided by you. Navil does not take responsibility for false information given and does not validate all the information given. 

4. We will ask for additional information whenever required for a better understanding of the client and you accept to provide the same when required.

5. Navil does not take responsibility for any medical, legal or financial proceedings or consequences related to the services availed through the use of the website.

6. Navil makes no assurance that the services will meet your requirements, or the services will give complete recovery within a time limit. We work to give the best from the information provided by you.

7. The website may not be used for any illegal purposes.

8. The services availed by you are not transferable.

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept payment via online payment gateway and direct deposit to the bank account as well.

The session will be confirmed once the session payment is done.

Cancellation requires a valid request from the client clearly stating the reason to cancel. Please send an email to navil.speech@gmail.com or a message to 8971504848 / 6382531540, stating the reason for cancellation. 

1. Cancellation requests should be sent before 48 hours of the session allotted to get a full refund. 

2. If the request is sent less than 48 hours and before 24 hours of the allotted session 50% of the session amount will be refunded. 

3. As we respect everyone’s time if the request is sent in less than 24 hours, there will be no refund provided. 

No Show policy: If the request for cancellation is not sent and if the client does not show up for the session, no refund will be provided. 

Compensatory sessions: Compensatory sessions may be planned on request from the client. Such sessions will be finalized only by the therapist solely based on the slots available and the reason for cancellation.

Session payments should be done at least 72 hours before the session. This window is needed for the therapist to process and prepare for the session.
